Ana Cristina is the head of the labor law practice, with extensive experience in labor advisory and litigation, as well as in preventing disputes and reducing labor contingencies.
She develops and delivers training sessions on workplace best practices and behavioral guidelines, addressing topics such as harassment and workplace violence.
Additionally, she advises clients on immigration matters, including the hiring of foreign employees.
Ana also coordinated Pro Bono advisory services for entities dedicated to diversity, social equality, and environmental causes.
