MKGV advises Lorene Urban Mining on strategic investment

The Latin American Lawyer highlighted MKGV Advogados’ advice to Lorene Urban Mining on the acquisition of an equity stake in Circular Brain, a pioneering technological platform that promotes and fosters the circular economy. The R$ 20 million transaction aims to accelerate Circular Brain’s expansion across Latin America.

This strategic partnership is expected to double Circular Brain’s annual revenue and strengthen its role in the reverse logistics ecosystem, especially in relation to electronic waste.

The deal was led by partners Miriam Machado Kleissl and Mirella Kaufman, who provided full legal advice on the negotiation of complex contracts and implementation of guarantees.
