Experience
Flavia Ganzella has over 20 years of experience in Tax and Social Security Litigation, working in both administrative and judicial matters across all jurisdictions (municipal, state, and federal) and at all levels (trial courts, appellate courts, and higher courts).
She also has extensive experience in judicial proceedings for the recovery of tax credits, oversight of audits conducted by federal, state, and municipal tax authorities, renewal of tax compliance certificates, tax settlements, and transactions. She works closely with the M&A team during the preparation and review of legal due diligence processes.
Flavia also advises on tax and social security matters across various sectors.
